Rental Policy
- Check-in 3:00 pm, check-out 10:00 am.
- Family use only.
- No smoking inside the cottage.
- Pets cannot be left unattended inside the cottage.
- $300 deposit for stays in excess of 1 week, refundable if
property is left in same condition. - Credit card required to hold reservation.
Rates
For 2 adults OR 2 adults & 2 children under the age of 18
- $109 per night, Sunday – Thursday. (2 night minimum stay)
- $125 per night Friday, Saturday, & holidays. (2 night minimum stay)
- $145 single night stay
- $15 per night for each additional person.
- $525 per week (7 nights).
- $10 per night and $100 deposit for pets.
- Add 6.75% NC sales tax.
- $50 cleaning deposit; refundable if property left in same condition.
